As Christians, we often think about being “called to ministry.” We’re in awe of pastors, missionaries, and foreign-aid workers: these people have dedicated their lives to the Lord’s work. They’re following The Call.
But the truth is, we are all called to something.
Every follower of Christ is asked to preach the gospel to people who don’t know Him yet. We don’t have to go overseas or be in full-time ministry to live out God’s mission here on earth; we just have to share Him, wherever we find ourselves.
Dear God, thank You for Your message of hope and freedom! Give us courage to follow Your call — to step out in faith and preach the good news, wherever we are. Amen.
