“[L]et us continually offer up a sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of lips that acknowledge his name.” Hebrews 13:15

Start a gratitude journal. This is not a new idea, but it has become a classic because it works. Grab a journal or an app and start actively noticing the things you are thankful for.

The more you notice, the more you notice.

Have you ever learned a new word, and then started noticing it everywhere? It can feel so new! And so strange! Why did you never notice that word before?

When we take the time to acknowledge the existence of something, or even our appreciation of something, we start to see it everywhere. And I think the more we thank God, the more we notice His provision. The more we discover to be thankful for. And that can really enrich a relationship with God.

Take a look at your life. What are you thankful for today?
