If you’re suffering a loss — of a marriage, of a loved one, of a job, of a dream — the process can be devastating. Grieving doesn’t only include losing what was, but what could be. You may find it hard to imagine what “normal” feels like. And yet, Christ is there with you.
No matter what you’re going through, His love surrounds you.
And nothing can separate you from it. He’s close to the brokenhearted, and He alone brings true peace. In Him, you can find wholeness; His love can become your new normal.
Dear God, thank You for how You love each person in this world, and that You’re walking right beside us through this life. Thank You that You can fill our emptiness and make us whole again. May we learn to trust You. In Jesus’ name, amen.
