A FRESH START

Have you ever longed for a clean slate, a chance to start over?

The dawn of 2025 brings a moment to reflect on the year that has passed. For some, 2024 was marked by challenges, regrets, and unfulfilled dreams - a year they are relieved to leave behind. For others, it held moments of joy and success they wished could last forever. Maybe you’ve thought, “I’ve made so many mistakes, could Jesus ever love someone like me?” The answer is a resounding YES. Jesus didn’t come for the flawless or those who have it all together. He came for the broken, the weary, and those who feel unworthy. He himself said, “The Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost” (Luke 19:10). His love is not conditional on your past but rooted in his grace and compassion.

In Christ, we are not defined by what lies behind. He takes our failures and pain and transforms them into a story of redemption. We don’t have to carry the weight of regret or fear into this New Year. Jesus offers freedom, hope, and the chance to start again, not just in 2025, but in every moment of our life.

Are you ready to let go of the past and embrace the new life Christ offers? No matter who you are or what you’ve done, he’s waiting for you. Will you say yes to him today?

Heavenly Father, I am deeply grateful for how you have sustained me throughout 2024. Thank you for the beautiful reminder that in you, I am a new creation. The old is gone, and I stand renewed, transformed by your grace. Today, I surrender my whole self to you, offering my life completely into your hands. Shape me, mold me, and use me for your glory and purposes. May my life be a reflection of your love and power. Amen.
