Kaylon Joseph
I was born and raised in Mississauga, Ontario. To this day I still call the city my home. I’m 25 years old and recently finished my Master of Theological Studies at Heritage College and Seminary. Before that, I did a B.A. at McMaster University.
My academic journey is definitely something I plan to blog about. It was in the midst of this journey that the grace of God intervened and saved me. My conversion subsequently brought the desire for ministry. Through the precious gift of the local church and guidance of the Holy Spirit, I went to seminary. God has been so kind to me.
Not too long after graduation, in God’s providence, I received my first full-time ministry position. In September of 2020, I became the Pastor of Student Ministries at Living Hope Church (Georgetown, ON). I have been privileged to teach and shepherd the lives of the youth who attend there.
Besides that, I enjoy watching movies, reading, drinking coffee, occasionally playing video games, spending time with my friends/family…and of course, food (who doesn't?).
My hope for those who read my blogs is to understand that I am a weak man. But I am a weak man in the hands of a strong God. A gracious God. A sovereign God. A loving God.
I desire to faithfully steward the things God has given to me. May you be blessed and encouraged by what I have to say.
