Thank you so much for your prayers. While I am waiting others around me are falling. I received a call last night to say that one of my friend's husband had a heart attack yesterday and had to be flown to the city for treatment. I live in country south australia and we have an aeroplane ambulance that flies emergencies to the city. Last week another friend was worried for her husband who was flown to the city with Lymphoma. We seem to have a great abundance of seriously ill people in our area.. So as you are praying could you please include the many people who live in our area who are ill and for the healthy ones that they might have protection against illness and disease. I hope I am not asking too much of you
(I am not the Jan selling my house) I pray for that Jan too as waiting to sell can be a burden sometimes that adds to stress.

Dear Heavenly Father I just Bring Jan before You right now, Lord You see what lies ahead of her, You see the condition of her heart. Lord we know that You are more that capable of Healing her Heart right now just instantly and I just pray that Your Perfect Will, will be done in her life, wether You choose to heal her now or through the surgery I just pray that You will be with her, comfort her, be very, very close to her and just allow her to feel Your presence and Love all around her. Jesus I just pray that You will use this time in Jans life to be an opportunity for her to be a light shinning so Brightly For You! I just pray all these things In Your Holy Name In Faith Believing Amen!
Jan, are you the same Jan that we are praying for that you will be able to sell your house or is that a different Jan? Hugs, Linda

Dear Patti, at the moment I know I am to have an MRI scan on August 20 and after thatat least a week later I meet with the specialist and the surgeon hopefully the same day. Waiting is not real easy because loads of what ifs go through your mind. and I wonder what's. The tumour is benign and slow growing. I am thankful I don't have cancer and that the operation should fix the problem. I do appreciate your concern and prayers. Please pray for my husband who is being very patient and caring at this time.

Dearest Jan....I am so sorry you have to go through this. Please let all of us know the date and time of this surgery so that we can be praying for you through this difficult time.

I am praying the Lord will envelope you in His peace and that this will soon be behind you. I pray that those who attend you will have expertise to make you comfortable and have the gentleness of Jesus. I am asking the Lord to minister to you and that His healing touch will comfort you during this time and recovery will be quick.

Dear Jesus...comfort Jan right now as she faces this surgery. Take away all fear of the unknown. Give her peace and assurance that You will have Your arms around her as the surgeons and nurses care for her.

In Jesus Name.......I pray believing...

Thank you Patti, and you other folk who have prayed for me. Patti thank you for telling me how you felt because a week ago I felt really scared about what might happen. The tumour is not my worry although probably if it was left that is when i might begin to worry about it. What I am concerned about is waking with a tube down my throat and the the thought of how it might hurt. I believe that what I have is something like one in a million so i guess they will know what they are doing. God's word has brought me great comfort, psalm 139 and ps 23 especially. But above all to be able to feel calmer a week later to the point that I do now Prayer is a wonderful way that God has given us to help people we may never actually meet face to face. He uses us in amazing ways to accomplish His purposes. So no prayer is ever wasted. There is a verse in Revelation which speaks about the prayers of the saints being like sweet perfume to God. So no prayer is ever wasted. 'Rev 5:8 As he did so, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb. Each had a harp and gold bowls filled with incense, which are the prayers of God's people.' Doesn't that bring the most beautiful image to mind?
