I have anxiety & going through mennopause. YES, God's love is perfect & casts out fear. When fear comes I focus my eyes on Jesus by quoting memory verses out loud,& do deep breathing exercises it sure helps. I still stuggle at times,but I believe that I can do all things through Christ that gives me strength. GOD IS GOOD ALL THE TIME. This devotional is a good reminder for me not to be afraid. It is the story of how I found Jesus and got rid of my fear of rejection. My father had rejected me as his child and my mother was afraid to show love because she thought she was going to die soon and have to leave us. Because of buck teeth I was rejected at school. A Christian youth teacher witnessed to me about God's great love for me. I received it and my whole life was changed. I started helping students with math which God had gifted me with an aptitude for. I ended up being a math teacher. I really know that perfect love casts out fear!
