The Da Vinci Code Discussed
Text Size
Look what the Da Vinci Code made me do

Do you find yourself looking for “hidden meanings” everywhere now? Ugh! Why am I doing that?

Well, then again, I’ve always paid attention to what song was being played in the background of movies and TV shows. They almost always are adding lyrical substance to the show…foreshadowing something or explaining an emotion of a character.

I watched The Mummy this weekend and kept thinking, “Hey, this is like an Egyptian Da Vinci Code“! Of course while reading Da Vinci Code, I was thinking, “Hey, this is like the French National Treasure!”

Conspiracies and quests for “hidden truth” is a compelling, old story. Who shot JFK? Who shot JR? Who shot Montgomery Burns? What exactly did “Puff the Magic Dragon” mean?

Not all things in this world have hidden meanings. In some cases, the mystery has been revealed .

I’m going to write more about skeptics this week…including myself.

What do you really mean by this post Rob? Is there a hidden meaning to what you are saying?
